As a general rule, your rug should be large enough to anchor your furniture. In a living room, at least the front legs of your sofa and chairs should rest on the rug. For dining rooms, ensure the rug extends at least 24 inches beyond the table edges so chairs remain on the rug when pulled out.
What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Most in-stock rugs ship within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return my rug if it doesn't fit my space?
Yes, we offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the rug is in its original condition. Note that return shipping fees may apply unless the item arrived damaged.
How should I clean and maintain my new rug?
Regular vacuuming without a beater bar is recommended for most modern rugs. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth—never scrub. We recommend professional cleaning every 12-18 months to maintain the fiber integrity and color vibrancy of your rug.
Do I need a rug pad?
We strongly recommend using a rug pad for all floor types. A high-quality pad prevents slipping, protects your floors from scratches, provides extra cushioning, and extends the life of your rug by reducing friction between the rug and the floor.
Are the colors on the website accurate?
We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor settings and lighting environments (such as natural vs. LED light), actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
