At All Modern Rugs, we want you to love your space. If your new rug isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original protective packaging or heavy-duty plastic to ensure it remains clean during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping center or contact us to arrange a convenient home pickup for oversized area rugs.
